A bit about me
I'm a founder and builder out of Georgia. I'm not tied to one specialty, what I'm best at is seeing the whole picture: working out what actually needs to exist, then moving it from a rough idea to something people can use.
Most of what I've built started because something was missing, overcomplicated or priced out of reach and I thought I could do it better. I like the whole arc of it, planning features, working through the messy business rules, seeing what everyone else is doing, finding the weak spots, and carrying on refining it long after it technically works.
TrackYourShelves is the main one: inventory and operations for smaller businesses that shouldn't have to buy into enterprise pricing to run properly. StaffRanker, JARVIS and Homestead Farm Tycoon are all at their own stages behind it.
Before software took most of my time I spent years running game communities, dedicated servers, panels, sites, Discords, custom plugins, staff, moderation, billing, support. It was never just hosting boxes. Running something live teaches you quickly how the technical calls, the business calls and the people all pull on each other.
I tend to think past the first version, how the pieces will fit together later, how someone will actually use the thing, and what it takes to keep it running once real people depend on it.
Client work stays private until it ships. After that it's the client's call, it comes down unless they're happy for it to stay up, or want to put their name to it. The rest are my own projects.

How I work
Straight answers on scope, timing and what's worth doing first. If I think a feature is a bad idea I'll say so before it gets built, not after, and I'd rather cut something than ship it half-finished.
